Deb Woods

Deb Woods is vice president of product management. She provides leadership regarding future product direction and is responsible for the Ingres products in the marketplace. She is also responsible for Ingres Learning Services and the Ingres VIP program. She has been committed to bringing Open Source solutions to the market place for the past eight years and continues this endeavor through Ingres.Deb has held numerous leadership positions in the technology industry, contributing in developing leading strategies for product development. Most recently, Deb was the vice president of product management at Red Hat, where she worked with customers and partners to bring the Red Hat Enterprise Linux products to the marketplace. She was responsible for managing partner relationships and contributions to RHEL at Red Hat.She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Notably active in the open source community, Deb sits on the board of directors of the Open Solutions Alliance.

Michael Sale

Michael Sale is on the Ingres product management team and focuses on the Ingres Service Network and customer experience. Mike spent many years at Oracle in the On Demand, Support and services business and several more years before that managing implementations ad operation of business IT systems.

Christine Normile

Christine Normile has more than 20 years of IT experience in engineering, consulting and marketing in top-tier companies. An accomplished product strategist and marketer, her vision and expertise in relational database management systems have driven notable revenue growth and cost savings for a number of products and companies. Christine is currently Senior Product Manager for Ingres Corporation where she is responsible for driving the future direction of Ingres RDBMS. Christine began her career as an operating system engineer in Sunnyvale, CA focused on performance management and spent many years consulting with clients worldwide helping them improve data server performance and implement solid IT architectures. Prior to joining Ingres, she was product manager for IBM’s Informix Dynamic Server.

Mike Boyarski

Mike Boyarski is on the Ingres Product Management team, focusing on partner integration and appliance based solutions with Ingres. Mike has been in enterprise software for 13 years, with most of it spent at Oracle. Mike has been involved in several software functions, including building and managing global product rollouts, product managing the first Raw Iron or Oracle Application Server Appliance, and working in the service engineering group building out a service architecture for Oracle On Demand and support serviced customers.
